As an online transmission service provider and real-time protocol proxy, ViddyDrop does not host, curate, or maintain an index of copyrighted files on its servers.

2. Filing a Notification of Infringement

If you are a copyright owner, or authorized to act on behalf of one, please provide our Designated Copyright Agent with the following written notice:

• A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• Identification of the specific URL on third-party hosts accessed via the tool.
• Your contact information, including physical address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
